本站與本文件之相對人為 倍速運動有限公司（統一編號 42922225，登記地址 臺南市北區元美里海安路3段753號1～2樓）。

倍速部分館別以分公司登記或由授權主體經營。您實際接受服務之館別，其契約相對人、收退費與課程履行責任，以該館現場公告及您所簽署契約載明之主體為準。

This website and these documents are issued by DoubleFitness Co., Ltd. Individual studios may be operated as branch offices or by authorized operators; the contracting party for each studio is stated in the on-site notice and in the contract you sign.

本公司提供一對一私人教練訓練，服務範圍包含身體評估、訓練規劃與進度追蹤，採預約制。

We provide one-on-one personal training, including physical assessment, program design, and progress tracking, on a booking basis.

• 預約需提供正確聯絡資訊 Valid contact info is required
• 若需取消或更改，請於指定時間前通知 Cancellations should be made in advance
• 未到或臨時取消可能影響未來預約權利 No-shows may affect future bookings

各館之課程有效期限、請假與延期規則，以您所簽署之契約為準。

您應主動告知身體狀況（如受傷、疾病、懷孕等）。

若未告知，本公司不承擔相關風險。

You must disclose relevant health conditions (injuries, illness, pregnancy, etc.).

We are not liable for undisclosed conditions.

本服務屬運動訓練與體能提升性質，非醫療行為。

不保證特定成效，亦不取代醫療診斷與治療。

Our services are non-medical and intended for fitness purposes only.

They do not replace professional medical advice or treatment.

使用者不得：

• 提供不實資訊
• 影響服務運作
• 對服務人員不當行為

Users must not:

• Provide false information
• Disrupt operations
• Engage in inappropriate behavior

• 所有價格以現場或網站公告為準
• 本公司保留調整價格權利
